SHIPPING POLICY

Head Happy ("we", "us") operates the website https://headhappy.co.uk ("Website"). The following shipping policy applies when you place an order through our Website, helping to define our mutual expectations.

1. AVAILABILITY
Availability of products is subject to stock counts. While we strive to keep the stock information on our website accurate, discrepancies may arise. If we cannot fulfill all your ordered items, we will deliver the available products and contact you about the backordered items. You can then decide whether to wait for the restock or opt for a refund.

2. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout, considering the weight, dimensions, and destination of the order items. The total price, inclusive of shipping, will be collected upon purchase.

3. RETURNS
3.1 Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns if you change your mind, provided we receive the return request within 14 days of item receipt. The items should be unused, in original packaging, and resellable. You will bear the return shipping costs and will have to arrange for shipping. Upon acceptance of the returned items, we will process your refund as store credit. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

3.2 Warranty Returns
We honor valid warranty claims submitted within 90 days of item receipt. You will need to pre-pay return shipping, but we will reimburse you upon a successful warranty claim. Warranty claims are typically processed within 7 days of return receipt. Once confirmed, you can opt for a refund to your original payment method, store credit, or a replacement item (if available).

4. DELIVERY TERMS
4.1 Domestic Transit Time
Domestic shipments generally take 2 - 7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time
International orders typically take 4 - 22 days, subject to the chosen courier. You can get a more specific estimate at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days after the order payment. Our warehouse operates Monday - Friday, except on national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You can request a change of delivery address any time before dispatch.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. boxes using postal services only.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS.

4.7 Out-of-Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will immediately dispatch in-stock items and send the remaining items when they are back in stock.

4.8 Exceeded Delivery Time
If the delivery time exceeds the estimated time, please contact us for an investigation.

5. TRACKING
Upon dispatch, we will provide a tracking link for you to follow your shipment.

6. DAMAGED PARCELS
If a parcel arrives damaged, reject it if possible and contact our customer service. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

7. TAXES & DUTIES
7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the displayed price of goods on our website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, import duties and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These costs vary by country. Please be aware of potential costs when placing an order. If duties and taxes are refused upon arrival, the goods will be returned to Head Happy at the customer's expense, and a refund will be issued for the goods value, minus return shipping. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. CANCELLATIONS
Order cancellations are accepted anytime before dispatch. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.

9. INSURANCE
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier-stated value.

9.1 Process for Damaged Parcel
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has completed the damage claim investigation.

9.2 Process for Lost Parcel
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier has concluded the investigation and declared the parcel lost.
