In-Store Returns

For items purchased in-store, we offer a 14-day return period as a goodwill gesture. Please note that this is not a legal obligation under UK law for in-store purchases. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return.

Refunds and Store Credit

If approved, you will receive a store credit or gift certificate equal to the value of the return, redeemable on future purchases at Head Happy. Non-Returnable Items
